The shipping and processing times depend on the items you’re ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

In Stock
It’s in our facilities and ready to ship to a new home! Delivery time is from 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the Country of delivery. You’ll see it above the “Add to Cart” button. Order processing time depends on the type of order. Order processing time depends on the type of order. Usually this time is 1-3 days.

Shipping Later
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You’ll see it above the “Add to Bag” button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to order (including engravings and monograms)
Once you place your order, we will start manufacturing the product immediately. The production time depends on the type and complexity of the order. This time usually varies between 3-7 days.

Estimated Dispatch Date

The estimated dispatch date will be indicated during checkout! Please note that if your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces (including engraving and monogrammed pieces), the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts. Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

Delivery is possible to any region of Azerbaijan.

1. Your Order
If you have a Silverone account, simply login and select “My Orders” from the left menu on your account page. There, you can find the order number! If you haven’t created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

2.Gift Order
If you’ve been sent a gift, a gift receipt with the order number should’ve been included. Still can't find it? Send us an email at contact@silverone.az with the gifter’s name and their email address!

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, Silverone cannot change the address on our end but you can contact your country’s EMS office to change your shipping address. Follow the links to find an EMS office in your country.

First, log into your Silverone account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Status “Pending payment” – This means that you ordered jewelry but did not pay for this order. You can pay at any time so that we can prepare your order for shipment.

Status “Processing” – Your order has been handed over to our operations team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 3 business days!

Status “Completed” – Your order has been packed and its on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier’s system to reflect any activity or movement.

Silverone gift cards are valid only when purchased on silverone.az, Silverone's official pages, or in our stores.

Silverone Digital Gift Card is a document in the form of a digital card with a personalized coupon code. The nominal value of the Digital Gift Card may vary depending on the customer. After entering the card page, you first select “Gift Theme”. There are themes for all holidays and special days. If there is no template that matches the theme you want, please contact us.

You then fill in your personal information. 

– “From whom?”. The name (surname) of the person who gave the gift. 

– “To whom?”. Name (surname) of the recipient of the gift.

– The gift giver's WhatsApp number.

– Your congratulatory message.

In the Card Value section, enter the value of the gift card in AZN and then click the "Add to Cart" button.

After adding the gift card to your cart, you can continue ordering by clicking the "Place Order" button.

Immediately after you order the card, we will prepare and send you the greeting template of your choice according to the notes you made during the order. The preparation time is 1-3 hours.

A “Digital Gift Card” is sent to your WhatsApp number. You then share the gift card sent to you with the person you are gifting.

The recipient of the gift receives a personalized gift template via their WhatsApp address. At the bottom of the template, there is a link that invites you to a page that is personalized for the recipient. The page will display your name and the recipient's name, your congratulatory message, and the card code.

The recipient of the gift can, in turn, navigate to the store section and choose between Silverone products or order their own individual piece of jewelry.

  • You can use the gift card not only to purchase products in Silverone's storefronts, but also to order any type of jewelry you want.
  • The digital card is valid for 1 (one) month and can only be used for one purchase. You can purchase as many products as you want within the value of the card.
  • If the total value of your cart exceeds the value of the card, then you can complete the order by paying only the remaining amount.

If you have chosen among the products on the Silverone website, add them to the cart. Then open the cart block by clicking on the cart icon located in the upper right corner of the site. Click on the “Order” button located at the bottom of the products in the cart you have selected. On the page that opens, you will see a section for adding a coupon. Open it, enter the card code and confirm.

If you want to order your own personalized jewelry, please contact us via WhatsApp or call. The price will be determined according to the type of order and the order will be registered when you confirm it. At this time, you provide us with the gift card code. If the value of your order is more than the value of the gift card, the value of the card will be deducted from the total amount and you can pay the remaining amount in cash or by card. If the value of your order is less than the value of the card, you can order additional jewelry with the remaining amount or choose from the products on the Silverone website. 

You can change many details after ordering a gift card.

Note 1: Changing a gift card already ordered for one person to another person's name requires an additional fee. In this case, the coupon expiration date will not change.

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Credit card or Debit Visa Card
If you have a Silverone account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, or Discover cards at this time. Silverone reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.

Installment
The Bir Kart installment program is integrated into the site, and you can purchase any product directly on the site by dividing it into interest-free monthly installments.

Credit card or Debit Visa Card
When the product is returned, it will be inspected. If all the conditions mentioned in the "Return + Exchange" section are met, your payment will be immediately refunded to your card.

Silverone Digital Cards
If you purchased a product using a digital or physical gift card and then request a refund, we will place that amount as a store credit in your Silverone account.

Simply enter the discount code by using the “Add coupon code” button found in cart! A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Silverone has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

Kindly note that Silverone Gift Cards are excluded from all discounts.

We offer 14-day returns for all customers! Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return!

Engraved and Monogrammed Products

Sets
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.

Milestone Collection
We offer exchanges for a different size (same metal type and stone) for our Milestone collections pieces (engagement and wedding bands). Return policy is the same as any other products. Please see below!

Return terms:

  • Must not be worn.
  • There should be no signs of wear or damage.
  • Must be in original condition, with tags on (if any)
  • In all original packaging (including box and bag)

Provisions regarding products shipped to other countries:

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Silverone will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Silverone has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers. In This case, the return of the goods is carried out by the standard delivery method.

Discounted Products Return Policy
If you purchased an item during a discount period and there are no active discounts at the time of return, then the discount on the exchanged product will not be applied.
If you purchased an item on a discount-free day and want to exchange it for another item during the current discount period, then the discount on the item being exchanged will not be applied.

Returning a gifted piece?
We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 14-days of purchase. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at contact@silverone.az requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:
  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don't have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
  2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
  3. The email address associated with your Silverone account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the SIGN IN button on the top right corner of our page.

Kindly note that Post is experiencing ongoing delays and your return package may not make in time for your return cut-off date. But no worries, we’d be happy to accept them as long as the parcel is handed over to the carrier before the date.

This is likely because they are requesting a commercial invoice. However, our courier’s commercial invoices are paperless and/or can be retrieved on their end. Sterling silver
Each jewelry accessory is a unique work of art. Jewelry made of precious metals, as well as haberdashery made of non-ferrous metals, requires care. In order for the accessories to retain their original appearance for a long time, they need to be properly cared for. You can find information about the causes of darkening or tarnishing, how to protect and care for them in the texts mentioned below.

– It is recommended to remove jewelry during household chores (washing clothes and dishes, preparing food, etc.). It should be protected from mechanical damage.
– Many modern skin care and decorative cosmetics contain the chemical element mercury in their ingredients. A small amount of it affects even precious metals and their alloys.
– Products may change the color of natural stones when exposed to rapidly changing temperatures, a long exposure to light and heat sources.
– It is recommended to remove jewelry when exercising, having beauty treatments, using a sauna, swimming pool, and showering.
– Store each product in its own packaging. It is recommended to store in airtight vacuum-type jewelry bags or cloth bags to protect against moisture and chemical components of skin care and decorative cosmetics in the drawer.
– Keep away from chlorine and iodine, mercury and sulfur-containing substances, as well as detergents.
– Wear the accessory after using makeup and perfume containing alcohol (The chemical elements contained in it can fade silver and damage sensitive stones, especially creams with bleaching ingredients).

– 925 sterling silver tarnishes and darkens when exposed to hydrogen sulfide in the air.
– This reaction occurs most actively in a humid environment, as humidity plays a major role in the corrosion of any metal.
– Silver accessories with gold plating (plating thickness 0.7 microns) require special attention.
– The coating is quite durable, but can be damaged or destroyed by strong mechanical impact. These products should be cleaned without applying force.

Restoring 925 sterling silver jewelry accessories at home

To restore the original shine of your accessory, wash it with warm soapy water. Don't forget to add ammonia or baking soda to the water (1 tablespoon ammonia per 1 liter of water or 50 grams of baking soda per 1 liter of water). Then clean it with a soft cloth moistened with a mixture of chalk (toothpowder) and ammonia.
The above cleaning techniques are not suitable for accessories decorated with pearls and coral stones. The stones may change color.
After cleaning, the accessory should be dried with a soft cloth or hair dryer, ensuring that no moisture remains.
It is not recommended to use detergents to clean jewelry.

With proper care, your accessories will last a long time and you will be pleased with their beauty.

Gold Vermeil
To keep your 14K jewelry shiny and shiny for as long as possible, gently scrub it under warm water with a clean, soft toothbrush. This is to remove any tarnish or foreign matter from your jewelry. You can gently polish your jewelry using the polishing cloth included with your order.

Precious metals and diamonds require care and attention to extend their life. Although they are designed for everyday wear, rings require regular maintenance. We recommend cleaning and inspecting your rings every 6-12 months (through your local jeweler). You can use the polishing cloth included with your order for regular maintenance. Make sure the prongs are properly maintained to prevent stone loss.

Leather Products
Wipe gently using a microfiber cloth to remove any dust that has accumulated on them! It is advisable to keep them out of direct sunlight to prolong the color.

To keep your jewelry looking shiny, gently buff the surface with a polishing cloth. Wash your hands after using the cloth to remove any cleaning agents from the cloth.

Dark spots on the cloth are normal and indicate that it is working properly! The cloth contains a special cleaning agent that removes dirt, grease and residue from the surface of the object being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth, as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep it out of the reach of children.

Vermeil is a term used to describe silver jewelry with a gold coating. This gold plating technique was invented in France in 1750, and the name is pronounced “ver-may”. Vermeil jewelry is classified as demi-fine. Demi-fine is a new trend in the jewelry world, thanks to which ultra-fashionable jewelry has become available to a wider range of buyers.

How is Vermeil different from gold-plated items?

The difference between Vermeil and gold-plated items is, firstly, in the thickness of the gold layer and, secondly, in the base metal used in the jewelry.
Do not confuse Vermeil with gold plating. The thickness of gold plating is only 0.15-0.25 microns, and Vermeil is from 2.5 microns and higher. That is, 10 times thicker than gold plating. In practice, this means that the Vermeil coating will not wear off, and with proper care, the jewelry will last up to 10 years. Vermeil products use only sterling silver with a gold plating thickness of at least 2.5 microns.

We work with the most reputable and skilled jewelers in the country. We prepare the products we offer and your individual orders in a technically precise manner to ensure that they are of high quality and last as long as possible. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we provide an official warranty for a period of 2 years. The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (for example, a bent ring or a broken chain), scratches caused by misuse or storage of your product, and any modifications made to your product by a third party.

Note: Products purchased from a third party seller (outside of silverone.com and/or Silverone stores) will not be covered by the Silverone warranty. Please contact the company from which the items were purchased.

We don’t recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work. Although we do not offer any repair or resizing service from website, if your Silverone piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please send your order number and a photo of the defective piece to contact@silverone.az!

You can order in an individual size not only the ring but also the size of the pendant. To order a custom size, please contact us. The price for individual sizes depends on the type of order.

Custom Engraving
We currently only offer the font styles shown on the individual product pages for engravable items. The maximum number and the type of characters used are outlined on each product page under ‘Description and Details!‘. Kindly note that we may cancel your order should the engraving request includes any profanity or derogatory words.

While we can never be certain of your size without having physically measured your finger or trying on one of our rings in store, we do have a few handy tricks that may help you determine either your ring sizer or the ring size of a loved one!
