We have your back with our guarantee. This means that if there is any defect in the material or workmanship of your jewelry for 2 years from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product. Just contact us and we will find a solution together.
We work with the most reputable and skilled jewelers in the country. We prepare the products we offer and your individual orders in a technically precise manner to ensure that they are of high quality and last as long as possible. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we provide an official warranty for a period of 2 years. The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (for example, a bent ring or a broken chain), scratches caused by misuse or storage of your product, and any modifications made to your product by a third party.
Note: Products purchased from a third party seller (outside of silverone.com and/or Silverone stores) will not be covered by the Silverone warranty. Please contact the company from which the items were purchased.
