We are confident in the quality of our products. This means that if there is any damage to the material or workmanship of your jewelry for 2 years from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product. Simply contact us and we will find a solution together. We work with leading manufacturers to create sustainably handcrafted, responsibly sourced products. The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), scratches caused by misuse or storage of your product, and any modifications made to your product by a third party. Note: Products purchased from a third party seller (outside of silverone.az and/or Silverone stores) will not be covered by the Silverone warranty. Please contact the company from which the items were purchased.

- The digital card is valid for 1 (one) month and can only be used for one purchase. You can purchase as many products as you want within the value of the card.
